We broker restaurants.
Sometimes, the building too.
Sisu Brokers helps restaurant owners sell with discretion, and helps buyers acquire operating businesses without the guesswork. Property advisory runs alongside, for the deals that need it.
Discreet. Hands-on. Built on 25 years in the trade.

What we do
Restaurants for sale
Vetted, valued, and ready for a serious conversation. Pricing and full details are confidential — request access below and we'll send an NDA to sign before sharing anything further.
Real estate, where the deal calls for it
Freeholds, leases, and mixed-use units tied to hospitality transactions — plus the occasional standalone commercial listing.
Built by someone who's sat on both sides of the table.
Sisu Brokers isn't run by career brokers who learned the restaurant trade from a spreadsheet. It's run by someone who spent 25 years inside it.
- 25 years as a restaurant and bar owner
- Multiple concepts, multiple cuisines
- Subway franchisee — 5 stores owned
- 50–60 restaurant deals brokered for other owners
- Former licensed real estate agent
Over 25 years, I've owned and operated restaurants and bars across a range of cuisines and formats — from fast-casual to full table service. I know what the till roll actually says at close, what a bad lease clause costs you three years in, and what a buyer is really looking for when they ask to see twelve months of numbers.
For five years I ran a Subway franchise with five stores of my own, so I understand franchise territory agreements, transfer approvals, and royalty structures from the inside — not just in theory.
Alongside my own restaurants, I've personally handled somewhere between 50 and 60 buy-and-sell transactions for other owners — sourcing buyers, building valuations, negotiating terms, coordinating legal, and getting deals to completion without service ever missing a beat. I've also spent time as a licensed real estate agent, selling several commercial and residential properties, which is why property advisory sits naturally alongside the restaurant side of the business.
Sisu Brokers exists because most restaurant sales are handled by people who've never run a kitchen, staffed a Friday night, or negotiated a rent review. I've done all three. That's the difference I bring to a deal.

How a sale runs
Valuation
We review turnover, lease terms, lease length, and covers to land on a realistic asking range — not an inflated one.
Quiet marketing
Your listing goes to a pre-qualified buyer list first. Staff and regulars don't need to know until you're ready.
Vetting buyers
Every enquiry is checked for funding and intent before they see your numbers, and every buyer signs an NDA before full details are shared.
Close
We coordinate solicitors, lease assignment, and handover so service isn't interrupted.
Sell your restaurant without disrupting it.
Whatever the reason you're moving on, the way you sell affects your staff, your regulars, and how much you walk away with. Here's why owners come to us instead of an open-market listing site.
Buy a running restaurant, not a bare shell.
Acquiring an operating business means real numbers, real regulars, and a real lease already in place — if you know what you're looking at. Here's how we help you get it right.
